We send parcels out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but we will only ship to the buyer once we have a convienent day to send your parcel.
Dead On Arrival:
All parcels are packaged to a high standard to reduce the risk of damage to any live stock sent but in the unlikelyhood the coral doesn't make the journey we will issue a refund once we have full information required from the buyer.
If you recieve live stock that is dead you must do the following within 2 hours of being delivered:
1.Phone our number on the contact us page and advise us of the problem.
2.Send a photo of the coral in the packaging that it was sent in.
3.Send a photo of the coral in your aquarium with lighting.
Once we have all of the above we will either offer an exchange/credit note or a full refund.
